Finally, we've had a day of sunshine and the excuse we needed to inject a little bit of colour into our lives. The first thing I did this morning was head to my beauty cupboard and fish out the spring colours I have been collecting up in the hope of Spring.
on my nails: Nails Inc gel polish (Soho Place) / purple Essie polish (St Lucia) / mint Essie polish (Turquoise and Caicos) / peppermint Ciate polish / white Ciate polish / peach Nails Inc polish / blue Nails Inc polish / taupe Nails Inc Gel Polish (Mayfair Lane)
I eventually went with my Nails Inc Gel Polish in their Soho Place shade. I first used this polish type when I had a manicure in Selfridges (in my all time winter fave, Kensington High Street) and it lasted for 2 weeks. The colour goes perfectly with my rings (from Monica Vinader) that never get taken off...
The others are from Nails Inc Spring Colours, Ciate's Doll's House selection (a bargain from ASOS) and Essie (two other favourite nail brands) and I'll definitely be making use of these now Spring is officially here - only so much dark reds and brown a girl can cope with after a while... And it's probably the cheapest way you can get a new colour into your look...
