[Outfit] Choo-sing some Pinks

navy shirt, Everlane / pink jeans, Gap / shoes, Jimmy Choo

Last week when Sarah was visiting we popped out for a bite to eat locally in Maida Vale and decided to add some sparkle for the occasion (in my case, literally).  I haven't worn my glitter Jimmy Choos since Christmas (when I had them on ALL day with my pyjamas) so thought I'd give them an outing. Sarah and I are both quite basic-colour people but ever so often colour takes hold, I was out in Hampstead a couple of weekends ago and couldn't resist these Gap bright pink jeans. All in all, I went a bit outside the box with this one...

Jimmy Choo Glitter Shoes, similar here

Just to bring it all back down to normality I paired the jeans with my new silk shirt from US company Everlane.  Yet to ship to the UK, my friend from university was visiting from California and kindly brought this navy piece with him.  If you haven't yet heard of the company, keep an exceptionally close eye on them.  Their concept is to reduce the different between manufacturing costs and retail prices - they effectively cut out several middle men to bring you clothes made by the same people as your favourite expensive names at more wallet friendly prices.  The US are going nuts for them at the moment, and no doubt we will follow suit.  I want everything on the site - have a look here and knock yourself out in capsule wardrobe lust happiness... ps - please excuse the lack of close ups, my little hungover face couldn't cope with that prospect.
