Ever so often reading blogs proves a very worthwhile hobby. A firm example of this would be earlier today, when I spied this amazing piece on Blair's blog from Dorothy Perkins. Only the day before had I spied a fantastic similar piece from Juicy Couture (very surprising new love, would never have thought it but - ignoring the velour tracksuits - these guys are fab).
Blair usually wears pretty expensive stuff so I was delighted to see this DP number is £26.00 - found it on the UK site here. I've been after this look ever since the Marc Jacobs runway show for SS11 - so many copies were made last summer, but now some lovely ones using primary colours have come out, I love them! Here is the Juicy Couture piece I saw:
Also, through having a browse at Selfridges I spied this dress from Karen Millen. I don't blog much about this company, and I don't know why - their stuff has recently gotten very good (I think I avoided it as they always plastered 'Karen Millen' embossed buttons and poppers onto everything, in truth). I had a good look at their new collection and can safely say the lack of coverage will end - I love this dress and the fabric/feel is amazing.
Really love this look, it's the right mix of striking and classic. Thank you Blair of Atlantic Pacific for prompting my hunt for my perfect striped dress!
