Designer: Jimmy Choo Rosabel bag

I'm not a massive Jimmy Choo fan.  Ever since the WAGs started to wear them, their styles have been copied so much by high street stores that I would never shop in, and for me, it has cheapened the brand.  I don't have that dying itch to ever own a pair, and even when I have worn them I haven't found them very comfortable.  However, the same cannot be said for some of their SS11 handbag collection - namely, the Rosabel bag.

Perfectly proportioned and produced in super-soft grainy calf leather, the Rosabel is the ideal bag for all of your daytime needs.   At least the design and size is, the price remains at £975.  So, the surprise brand to first tackle making a similar version is Karen Millen, and here it is:

At just under £800 cheaper, this version is great!  Similar shape, but with a Hermes style buckle rather than satchel style on the Jimmy Choo - can really see this remaining en vogue for a while.  Recommend Karen Millen bags too, they are sturdy and well put together - their typical buyer is a busy mother/worker and so the bags are always made to last and have all the pockets and extras you can dream of.
